With the abundance of processed food on the market these days it is little wonder the majority of the population is nutrient deficient. We are often being misled to believe that the food we eat is beneficial for our health when in fact it is compromising it. We constantly get blanket nutritional advice that doesn't really suit us all. Why is it most of us think living a healthy lifestyle is more effort and expensive than it really is in reality?
As a Nutritional Therapist I can address these concerns and much more. What to expect
Our consultations will last approximately 90 minutes during which time I will go through a detailed questionnaire that you will have filled in and sent prior to our meeting. The questionnaire enables me to fully research all the symptoms you may be experiencing as well as any medication that you might be taking. Having gone through the questionnaire with you we will look at what is happening in your body, sometimes is it necessary to do further tests to confirm this. Finally together we will work out a programme that will include dietary changes, possibly supplements and lifestyle changes depending on the issue. How swiftly you feel an improvement will depend on how enthusiastic you are to implement changes and also how long you have had your condition.
