WHAT IS NUTRITIONAL THERAPY
Nutritional Therapy is a holistic discipline which looks at the entire body and all of the different systems within it. These systems include:
DIGESTIVE - IBS, CROHNS, DIVERTICULITIS
METABOLIC - DIABETES
IMMUNE - ALLERGIES, AUTOIMMUNE ISSUES
CARDIOVASCULAR - BLOOD PRESSURE, CHOLESTEROL
HORMONE - PMT, MENOPAUSE, ENDOMETRIOSIS, INFERTILITY
MUSCULOSKELETAL - ARTHRITIS, OSTEOPOROSIS
NEUROLOGICAL - DEPRESSION, AUTISM, ADHD, ADD
SKIN - ECZEMA, ACNE, PSORIASIS
By providing the right nutrients to the body and ensuring that effective digestion is taking place, the body can be very efficient at healing itself. A consultation may include diet changes, further tests, supplements and possibly lifestyle changes.
